I’m Linda Kaarina, a somatic intimacy coach guiding individuals into deeper connection with their bodies, their pleasure, and their capacity for intimacy.
My work is rooted in the understanding that intimacy and sexuality are lived experiences — held in the body, shaped by the nervous system, and revealed through presence. My own journey into embodied sexuality began as a personal exploration of intimacy, desire, and authentic connection, and became a lifelong devotion to somatic wisdom and erotic embodiment. My mission is to support a deeply embodied relationship with sexuality — one that honors pleasure, emotional truth, and the subtle connection between body, mind, and spirit.
